Fit and Fun with Nordic Walking
With Nordic Walking, if you do it right, you train your whole body, relax tensed muscles, you get rid of stress and it helps increasing your general well-being. Nordic Walking is the training method of cross country athletes. The sports-school SEWI in Ramsau offers classes for beginners and advanced.
Classes for Beginners:
during the beginners course, you learn the basic techniques as well as moving your body at the right pace in order to improve your physical condition. For rental, you will have at your disposal a pulse monitor and Nordic-walking poles.
Classes take place: Monday and Tuesday every week from may to october
Weekend classes: Saturday and Sunday
Classes for Advanced:
During the this course, you learn advanced Nordic-walking techniques in different environments. It includes measuring your heart-frequency in order to get to your personal optimal pulse for training or fat burning. Video analysis to improve the economic Nordic-walking technique. For rental, you will have at your disposal a pulse monitor and Nordic-walking poles.
